2025 SWEARING IN CEREMONY INFORMATION (FAQ)

The 2021 Swearing-In Ceremony will be a historic, once-in-a-lifetime event taking place on January 20th, 2021. Whether we are welcoming a new President into the office, or elongating the current President’s tenure, it will be an event that will live in our collective memory for generations to come.

From George Washington to Abraham Lincoln to John F. Kennedy, Presidents have delivered powerful speeches to the nation after taking the Oath of Office. Whether outlining their vision for their term or raising our spirits with common colloquialisms, the speech is always a sight to behold.

In 2017, Jackie Evancho, the 16 year old opera singer made famous by finishing in second place on America’s Got Talent, has been chosen to sing the National Anthem at the Inauguration.
